Dalam isu kesukaran memiliki rumah kos rendah & sederhana di PP ini, tembelang Guan Eng terus dilondehkan . Tetapi kali ini oleh rakyat negeri sendiri dari kaum Cina yang berang mendapatpakn perumahan mampu milik sejak kerajaan DAP memerintah .
Beliau menggelarkan Guan Eng sebagai KM 'Tak Bikin Salah Punya' kerana CAT tmenyebabkan golongan pendapatan rendah amat sukar mendapatkan perumahan mampu beli yang bernilai di bawah RM200,000.00. Rata-rata projek perumahan adalah bernilai tinggi dan mewah.

We in Penang damn susah to get a low-cost or even a medium-cost unit nowadays. One simple apartment pun cost around RM200,000, not to mention single storey houses which could fetch up to RM400,000.
Having said that, Penang can also boasts of a unique character in non other than our Chief Minister aka “Cakap tak serupa bikin man”. Of course he is the infamous Lim Guan Eng who can do no wrong.
Remember his CAT, CAT stuff that he has been telling Penangites. We want to be Competent, Accountable and Transparent.
Where got competent?.
Here we are struggling to get a roof over our heads and we hear of the state government proposing mega projects.
I read with great interest on the remark of Chief Minister’s chief of staff Jeff Ooi who recently was engaged in a tiff with Exco in charge of housing Wong Hon Wai.
Ooi alluded to rampant black market activities which were the reason why eligible applicants were denied low-to-medium cost housing in his Jelutong constituency.
Hei, is he admitting that there are hanky panky going on in the allocation of such housing to the poor or middle income group.
Jeff, you should not just consider setting up a database for housing but also lodge a report with the MACC.
Check who has been benefitting from the affordable housing units, meant for the poor. Where has those units ended up. Is it to the rich and well connected Pakatan people or what?
Who are the culprits.? Bring them to book, even if they are your Pakatan Rakyat buddies.
We want action and we want answers.
